Royal able to play, scores: Broncos WR Eddie Royal (toe) was listed as questionable for Week 13 at N.Y. Jets, but active and caught a touchdown in the game. He caught five passes for 84 yards, including the 59-yard score in the first quarter.

Fantasy Analysis

Royal scored the touchdown when a Jets' defender went for an interception down by the sideline and missed a tackle, leaving him free to run down the sidelined for an easy score. He had his most productive game in three weeks with just six catches for 48 yards combined in his previous two games. He remains a viable No. 3 Fantasy receiver for Week 14 against Kansas City.

The Broncos took Eddie Royal with their second-round pick in hopes of boosting their return game. Royal is a pure speedster, but he lacks ideal height and is not a physical receiver. If special-teams yardage counts, then Royal is worth drafting. Otherwise, expect him to be available on the waiver wire in many seasonal leagues this summer. If you're in a rookie-only draft, Royal is worth a middle-round choice.
